we have all the bases covered for you.

Our simple to use cloud-based tenant portal Goodlord offers piece of mind to all landlords. The referencing is detailed and comprehensive. The tenancy agreements are kept inline and up to date, mirroring all changes in legal legislation. If you opt for our managed service, we will also include rent guarantee* and regular property inspections.

We have a dedicated locally based maintenance team who will look after your property should any issues arise. We use trusted local sole traders, who complete work to high standard and at a competitive price. We do not add or take commission from either contractors of landlords for maintenance work. Our emergency contact number operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Tenant Find Only Service
£550 + VAT (£660)

Rent Collection Service
£400 + VAT (£480) Set-up Fee plus 5% + VAT of monthly rent recurring.
